Where Does Your Help Come From?

Updated: Apr 19, 2020

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. Psalm 121:1,2

It's a given that no matter where you live or what your life looks like, COVID-19 has impacted you. While the essentials for life are hard to find, there are several things in abundance: fear, anxiety, and overwhelm.  I'm am a firm believer in acknowledging our emotions, however, letting emotions run our life, choose our direction, inform our faith is a dangerous road to walk.  In times like these we must make an intentional choice to speak truth into every doubt, fear, and anxious thought.  We have not been left alone to battle this seemingly impossible storm! We go to church every week and sing songs, read scripture, and testify about the mighty God we serve! Now more than ever we need to grab hold of the promises we have been given! Go boldly to your Abba and make your needs known. Believe that you can trust Him! Praise Him for deliverance and provision before you see it!  We have this hope (confident expectation), an anchor for our weary, fearful, anxious soul.  Hebrews 6:19 Grab those anchor promises and confidently throw them out into the middle of whatever you are facing.  Then sing out your praise as you wait for God to deliver and bless you!  I challenge you to listen to the song below and grab tight to the memories of how God has rescued you in the past, and shout out your praise because you know He is going to do it again!  You are being held in prayer!  -Tina
