Bookends: Generational Mentoring
Mentoring is less of a process and more of an intentional willingness to nurture authentic relationships.
No woman is an island. We all need women to walk alongside us. Bridging generational gaps through bookend mentoring - learning from those older and younger than us; and in turn, being intentional in reaching out to those on either side of use and being a good mentor is a vital and much needed ministy!
