Accountability is about nurturing relationships where you are answerable to someone regarding your actions and words. This is not a casual relationship! While most relationships have some measure of accountability, there are friendships which are deeper, closer, more real. This is being able to talk to someone about a behavior, attitude, or words which are harmful to themselves or others. This is not said out of judgment but rather out of genuine love and concern. It is a vulnerable relationship and must be handled with care and respect!
